Enrollment/Pricing
CUSP’s individualized coaching services are available to any student with a desire to improve their overall school and college experiences. This can include improving time management, organization, job readiness, social communications or any other unique need that you may have. Following the processing of a CUSP application, formal interview and contractual matters finalized; students are admitted into CUSP Educational Services.
How to Apply
Step 1:
The enrollment process begins with a free 30 minute consultation. During this phase, it is encouraged that families set up the consultation to ask questions they may have about coaching services. It is not necessary to have the potential client involved in the initial consultation. Following this initial discussion, if we are all on the same page CUSP will send you the CUSP admissions packet consisting of an application for enrollment, goal sheet, two sample goal sheets and consent for communication form.
Step 2:
Upon completion of the admission packet, a second conversation will be scheduled with the potential client and their family, where we dive deeper into the needs of the client and what the coaching sessions will consist of. These conversations are meant to be casual, pressure free and informative. As in step 1, if we are all on the same page, CUSP will send you a formal contract outlining the dates of services, overall expectations and cost.
Step 3:
The client and his/her parent/guardian will receive the formal agreement, agree to the terms and the academic coaching will start!
Pricing
CUSP Educational Services LLC operates on a sliding scale pricing model, which means that the cost of services is adjusted based on each client’s financial and cognitive situation. This approach is rooted in a commitment to accessibility and equity, ensuring that people from a variety of income and ability levels can receive support without financial barriers.
Clients are invited to pay what they can reasonably afford within a suggested range, with the understanding that those who are able to contribute more help offset the cost for those with fewer resources. This model fosters a sense of community and mutual support, while making my services more inclusive and socially conscious. Hourly rates can range from $30.00 per hour to $200.00 per hour depending on the entirety of the client’s situation. We do understand that this is a big range.
